The manuscript is assigned to at least two independent global domain experts. To ensure technical objectivity, both author and reviewer identities remain fully anonymous.
The Editor-in-Chief synthesizes expert feedback to issue a final decision: Accepted, Minor/Major Revision required, or Rejected.
